Proximity Chat will only be available in Fortnite Creative at first, and there will likely be several restrictions to keep it as safe as possible. Gamers will probably only be able to take advantage of the Proximity Chat feature if they have it enabled in Settings and if the Creative map they choose to play has it on as well.
The Cabined Accounts option provides a tailored experience for young children, which makes it impossible for them to access voice chat features at all. This means that, in order to keep Creative as safe as possible, these gamers won’t be able to access voice chat.
